Version 2.0 of my popular ratchet strap corner. Tabs are added to assist when strapping things down and minimize the corner protectors from moving before the strap is tight.

Use this when ratchet strapping down a load over a sharp corner to prevent damaging your strap. It also allows the tension in the strap to apply force to your load more evenly opposed to bending a sharp corner. That's the key difference between other similar models, this has a full radius to allow the strap to slide around it more easily that bending over a sharp corner. This is for a standard 1" ratchet strap and there is the minimalist version as well as one that is a little bit longer on each side.
