Sunoo - Enhypen 3DFunko NO AMS
Print Profile(2)

Description
I present to you: Sunoo from ENHYPEN (Funko style)!
Sunoo (선우) is a South Korean singer under Belift Lab and a member of the boy group ENHYPEN.
My daughter is a huge fan of both K-pop and Funko Pops, so I decided to combine the best of both worlds. At first, we painted our prints with acrylic markers. While that wasn't bad, I knew it could be better. However, printing a model like this with AMS multicolor results in more print hours and filament changes than my heart can handle! 😅
After seeing all those amazing multi-part NO AMS models here on MakerWorld, I knew I had to learn how to do it myself. I had split models before, but never purely by color—only to make them easier to paint. After a full week of trial, error, and testing from scratch, I finally created a print-worthy model. Please bear with me, as this is my very first full NO AMS model!
Since these Funkos are only 11 cm tall, the parts are tiny, meaning I had to keep the tolerances as tight as possible. Some parts might require a little force to snap together, but in the end, everything fits perfectly.
🛠️ Print & Assembly Notes
- Supports: Parts like the hair and shirt require some inevitable supports. However, these are custom-designed to come off easily. (Make sure to remove all support material completely before assembly!)
- Glue: Some parts will require a dab of glue for a permanent hold.
🧩 Assembly Steps
- The Face: The face is self-explanatory—you know where the eyes, eyebrows, and hair belong. 😁 Important: Do not attach the head to the shirt just yet!
- The Backpack: Before adding anything else to the shirt, you must attach the backpack first, or it won't fit later. Slide the right sleeve through the closed backpack strap, then click the bag onto the back (requires a little force, but it will click in place). Once fully seated, connect the two pins on the front of the backpack to the front of the shirt (no glue required).
- Left Arm & Torso: Put the left arm (with its pin and a dab of glue) into the left pocket of the pants. Next, glue the shirt onto the pants pin while guiding the left arm into the shirt sleeve. (Note: You won't be able to get the arm in afterward if the shirt and pants are already glued together).
- Head & Right Arm: First, glue and connect the completed head/face onto the shirt. Next, slide the wristband onto the right hand and put a dab of glue on the remaining part of the pin. Slide it into the right sleeve. Make sure to align his fingers so they point perfectly towards his eye before the glue dries!
- Backpack Detail: Dab the pin of the backpack wallet in a bit of glue and place it into the remaining hole at the bottom of the left backpack strap.
- Shoes: Finally, glue in his sneakers, and you've got yourself a custom Funko Sunoo!
PS: For all you "filament change and poop lovers" out there... I will also upload the multicolor AMS profile. Just bear in mind that it takes up to 30 hours of print time and 865 filament changes. I know which version I would choose! 😉
I hope you enjoy this model as much as my daughter does! 😘
