ZS (Zorbles®) Display Stand – Modular display for ZorbleS® puzzle spheres
Modular display stand designed to showcase collectible puzzle spheres and similar small decorative items.
Features:
- Customizable multi-color "ZS" sign
- Completely modular structure
- From 1 to 3 display levels
- Perforated plates for sphere placement
- Wide and quite stable base, considering it's designed to be disassembled to save space for transport
- Simple assembly
- Optimized for FDM printing
- Completely customizable colors
Recommended settings:
- Layer height: 0.16 mm
- Nozzle: 0.4 mm
- Material: PLA / PLA+
- Recommended textured PEI plate
- Custom infill based on individual component/plate
- Minimal supports where needed
- modify as you wish according to your habits
Included components:
- Bottom base
- Large perforated plate
- Upper perforated plate
- Central support structure
- Spacers/connectors
- Multi-color "ZS" sign
Notes:
- The colors shown in the images are just examples and can be freely changed. I originally used PETG Translucent for the base and plates
- The version with the original logo is not included as it belongs to a proprietary brand.
- Project designed for simple printing and clean color separation with AMS.
