Description
This Handlebar Box is the first product in the VALET series. Designed as a compact “cockpit” for your bike, it helps you store, organize, and quickly access the essentials you bring on every ride.
1. Available Sizes
Three versions of the Handlebar Box are planned:
- SMALL 143 mm wide × 70 mm high × 123 mm long
- MEDIUM (coming soon)
- LARGE (this version) 183 mm wide × 70 mm high × 143 mm long
VALET GRID SYSTEM
The top, bottom, and side walls feature the VALET GRID SYSTEM, a modular mounting interface designed for future accessories and upgrades.
The following accessories are currently available (or planned) for the VALET GRID SYSTEM:
- NEW GoPro Mounts
- NEW Phone Mounts
- NEW Light Mounts
- NEW Strap Mounts
- NEW Garmin mounts
- Bottle mounts (coming soon)
For these, you will need M3 self-tapping screws, 10 mm long (AA222). I added them to the BOM, but you can simply remove them if you don’t plan to install the accessories.

Handlebar Compatibility
The VALET attaches to your handlebar using two mounting brackets.
To accommodate different handlebar diameters, multiple shims are included in the files. We recommend printing the shims in TPU so they conform well to your handlebar and provide a secure fit.
Available Shim Sizes
- 22.2 mm (7/8")
- 25.4 mm (1")
- 31.8 mm (1.25")
Simply print the shim that matches your handlebar diameter.
Rotation blocker Bracket
An optional anti-rotation bracket is also included. Its purpose is to prevent the box from rotating downward under load.
If you carry only lightweight items — especially with the SMALL version — you may not need to install it.
Please refer to the assembly instructions to see how the bracket is installed.
Available Stem Angle Versions (The Rotation Blocker bracket comes in four variations to match different stem angles):
- 0°
- 15°
- 25°
- 35°
- 45°
Assembly
Assembly requires hardware from the Bambu store.
All required hardware can be purchased together using the list below. Detailed assembly instructions are available in the PDF document.
