Description
Custom protective lens cap designed for Canon PTZ cameras that do not include a front lens cover from the factory.
This cap is designed to fit securely over the front lens area and protect the camera from dust, fingerprints, and accidental scratches when not in use. The deeper side walls create a snug fit around the camera housing while keeping the design lightweight and minimal.
Compatible with:
• Canon CR-N300
• Canon CR-N500
• Canon CR-N700
Print settings
Material required: TPU (recommended)
This model is designed specifically around TPU flexibility. The material allows the cap to slide on easily while maintaining a secure fit without stressing the camera body.
I printed mine using:
- SUNLU TPU
- Bambu Lab P2S
With this setup and profile I never had any issues during printing or fitting.
Recommended:
- Layer height: 0.20 mm
- 3 walls
- 15–20% infill
- No supports required
TPU provides enough flexibility for installation while keeping the cap durable for everyday use.
