Description
This protective bumper will save your Avata 360 frames from bumps and scratches while being completely invisible in the 360 degree footage.
The bumper snaps on and follows the curvature of the prop guards perfectly. It also gives you more safety when flying straight into things and can save your lenses this way. You can also deter birds with some bright red or yellow filament, or style your Avata with some flashy colors :)
You can print the bumper out of PLA. Because PLA is relatively stiff, it will help absorb a lot of impact and scratches. You can also try printing it out of TPU, but please test it out for yourself.
The print needs my print profile with tree supports. If you try to print it in PETG, you need to lower your speed and use proper supports to keep the overhangs clean.

It took me a lot of trial and error to get the shape just right because, unlike all the other Neo and Avata drones, the prop guard is curved inwards. This made it especially challenging to design this, so please leave me a boost if you like the model.
