This can holder was inspired by the Coleman Polylite water cooler. I grew up on a farm and we always had a few of these filled with ice and water to stay hydrated while working.
Update 6/4/2026: I added a twist lock mechanism to the lid. I also made the main body of the cooler a little taller. I updated all the profiles with better settings too. The handle and lid now print on the same plate. You'll have to add the handle to the main body afterwards. It's flexible enough to bend it into place. Now it will be easier to print the handle in a separate color if you want. The handle now prints with a 0.16mm layer height, because I noticed the overhands didn't always print correctly at 0.20mm. The main body of the cooler prints cleaner without the handle on the same plate.

This is a two color model, but there's only one color change so there's almost no waste. The main body prints upside down. It fits a standard US 16 oz can, a 12 oz can with a spacer (or you could use a long straw), a sleek 12 oz can with an adapter sleeve, or a 7.5 oz can with an adapter sleeve. The 16 and 12 oz cans usually measure about 66mm in diameter. The sleek 12 oz and 7.5 cans are about 57.5mm in diameter.
There are three lid options. One has a simple off center straw hole for cans. Another has a center straw hole for bottles. I've only tested 12 oz Gatorade bottles with this one. The third has a flip out spout where the straw goes in.
I printed one of these with white PLA on top, but the one I printed with Bambu PLA Basic in Light Grey looks a lot better. Please share photos of your prints in the comments if it's not too much trouble.
