This parametric model allows you to generate modern wall shelves in multiple shapes and sizes, with a smart integrated mounting system designed for clean printing and easy wall installation.

Different shapes automatically use the most appropriate mounting strategy:

  • Full keyholes
  • Semi-keyholes
  • Hidden head pockets
  • Slope-aware placement

🪛 Important mounting note

For proper installation, screw heads must protrude approximately:

7 mm from the wall

This allows the hidden mounting system to lock correctly behind the screw heads.

🧩 Wall drilling template included

Optional printable wall drilling template:

  • Automatically matches keyhole spacing
  • Compact size (only as large as necessary)
  • Single-hole shelves automatically disable unnecessary templates
  • Helps position screws accurately on the wall

🖨️ Printing recommendations

Recommended materials:

  • PLA
  • PETG
  • ABS/ASA for stronger wall installations

Recommended settings:

  • 3–5 walls
  • 10–25% infill
  • Add some modifiers on the keyholes for strength (see my print profiles)
  • Add some supports for the keyholes (very easy to take off)

⚠️ Notes

  • Very thin walls are automatically prevented for structural safety.
  • Some mounting systems adapt automatically depending on shelf proportions.
  • Large corner radii may slightly affect internal mounting placement to preserve strength.
