Mount Tai is also known as Daishan, Daizong, Daiyue, Dongyue, Taiyue. It is one of the Five Great Mountains, renowned as "The Head of the Five Great Mountains", "The Most Respected of the Five Great Mountains", "The First Mountain Under Heaven", and "Sacred Mountain of China", and is called "China's Mount Olympus" by scholars both domestic and abroad. It is located in central Shandong Province, belonging to Tai'an City, spanning across Tai'an, Jinan, and Zibo cities, with a total area of 25,000 hectares. Its main peak, Jade Emperor Peak, has an elevation of approximately 1545 meters.
