Description

AirStack X – Triple Box Fan Tower

Turn three standard 20” box fans into the ultimate full-body cooling system.

AirStack X is a 3D printable bracket system designed to vertically stack three Lasko-style 20” box fans into one powerful airflow tower. Originally designed for use inside our production facility at Rock Hill Screen Printing, AirStack X delivers serious cooling performance for hot shops, garages, patios, gyms, warehouses, campsites, and more.

Once assembled, all three fans plug into a single power strip so you can control the entire tower with one switch. Simple. Powerful. Effective.

The vertical stacked design creates full-body airflow from head to toe while saving floor space compared to spreading multiple fans around a room.

Features

  • Fits standard 20” Lasko-style box fans
  • Vertical triple-fan tower design
  • Full-body cooling airflow
  • Space-saving footprint
  • Single-switch power control
  • DIY-friendly assembly
  • Strong and stable bracket system
  • Perfect for shops, garages, patios, gyms, and outdoor events

Why I Made It

Traditional box fans work great, but one fan only cools part of your body. AirStack X was designed to create maximum airflow coverage using affordable fans most people already own.

We use these daily in our screen-printing shop to help keep printers cool during long production runs in the summer heat.

Recommended Materials

  • PETG recommended for higher heat environments
  • PLA works well for indoor/light-duty use
  • Higher infill recommended for added rigidity

Hardware & Parts Needed

  • (3) 20” box fans
  • Power strip with switch
  • Recommended screws/hardware listed in files
