Material: PETG is highly recommended. It is more durable and heat-resistant than PLA, allowing for better cleaning.
Dry your Filament: PETG absorbs moisture easily. Dry your filament for 4-6 hours before printing to avoid "zits" or surface bubbles. A smooth surface is vital for hygiene!
Clean the Build Plate: Thoroughly wash your print bed with warm water and dish soap before starting. Even tiny oils or fingerprints can ruin the first layer, which is the surface that will touch your frosting.
Cleaning: Hand wash with lukewarm soapy water. Avoid extreme heat to maintain the shape of the patterns.
