This project is a 3D-printed reinterpretation of the classic fast-food cardboard drink carrier, designed to turn a disposable item into a reusable, more durable and more precise solution.

It is available in both a 2-cup and 4-cup version, while preserving the same functional logic of the original pressed cardboard design.

The idea is to take the familiar fast-food cardboard drink tray and recreate it as a 3D-printed object that:

• preserves the original shape and user experience
• eliminates the weakness of cardboard
• increases transport stability
• turns a single-use item into a reusable product

🧵 Recommended Material 

PETG BASIC, chosen for its:

• higher strength compared to PLA
• better structural flexibility
• long-term durability
• good dimensional stability

🏗 Scaling

The model is not intended for standard espresso cups.
It can be adapted for smaller cups by scaling the design down by up to -20%.
