Hey everyone! I wanted a Sanji Funko that truly captured the character's spirit from the series, without banal or out-of-context poses (and yes, definitely no frying pans in hand!). So I decided to model him from scratch as he unleashes his iconic Diable Jambe

I tried to pay attention to every detail to make it as faithful as possible to the anime: from the elegant suit to the wisp of smoke from the cigarette, all the way to his legendary spiral eyebrow. The pose is dynamic but was specifically designed to remain super stable on its custom base (which you'll find included in the download, complete with a stylized name)

🛠️ Printing tips

The file has a clean, closed, and already tested mesh, so it shouldn't give you any unpleasant surprises in the slicer

  • Resin or Filament? If you're looking for maximum definition on micro details (like hair or the cigarette), resin printing (SLA) is the ideal choice. It still comes out great with filament (FDM), provided you use a nice low layer height, I'd say around 0.12 mm or less
  • The trick for the fire effect: If you can print the flame section separately, try using a transparent orange/red filament or resin. It creates an amazing effect under light
  • Supports: Yes, they are needed. Just be a bit careful to position them well under the jacket flaps, hands, and hair tips to avoid damaging the surfaces
