Dummy 13 1300% – Screw‑Fit Arm System

This is a redesigned Dummy 13 arm assembly (scaled to 1300%), modified to replace the fragile snap‑fit joints with a durable bolt‑together construction.

The arm uses standard hardware:

• 9× M5×60 bolts
• M5 nuts
• M5 flat washers
• Tightening requires two M10 sockets (or wrenches)

If you print the Armor_Forearm in two halves, you will also need two short wood screws to secure the shell.

The breaker pads are recommended to be printed in TPU with solid infill, or replaced with any flexible material of similar thickness (same requirement as the leg upgrade).

The parts Armor_Upper_Arm and Armor_Shoulder are not modified, but included here so the full arm set is complete.

The Frame_Upper_Arm is a challenging print and prone to warping above the support interface. To solve this, a second version is included with an extra anti‑warp wall. This wall should be removed during post‑processing.

For users with larger printers, a one‑piece Armor_Forearm is also included.

This arm fits perfectly with the original Dummy 13 body scaled to 1300%, and matches the proportions of the original model.

Assembly order is important: the Frame_Clavicle must be installed before placing the top chest armor on the dummy, otherwise it becomes impossible to push the bolts through their holes.
