I down-loaded the file and I have the bowl printing but there is no lid. Its a single file, and there is only the bowl in that file. How do I get the lid?

The default print profile has an issue with the steep angle of the overhangs starting around layer 430 or so. The angle of the curve is too steep and leads to the printer printing unsupported walls into thin air. The cooling is enough that at least on an X2D at default settings the sagging isn't so bad that it ruins the print and the nature of the design has those sagging walls hidden on the inside surface of the bowl. Regardless, it's sloppy and avoidable with geometry that takes overhang thresholds into account.
