The snap-fit grommets are designed to press together, but depending on printer tolerance and filament, a small drop of glue may be needed for a perfect secure fit.

For the two-colour look, AMS or another multi-material setup is needed if you want the stitches and name tag text printed in a different colour. For best results when customizing colours, export as 3MF rather than STL so the colour-separated parts are easier to edit in Bambu Studio or your slicer.
