Description

Hey All,

Here is Summer Sign #1. I used 4 colors in my example for this one, but the colors can all be easily changed in Bambu studio by each individual part under objects, so you can customize colors as needed (no painting needed).

Ironing is turned on for an extra smooth top look.

This sign can also be scaled to fit different size printers as needed.

Here are the different plate types in each profile:

Free Standing (like in the main image) (stand optional) -  thick enough to stand on its own, but still thin enough to use a stand for extra support so it doesn't fall over.

Thin - sign is cut nearly to half thickness, so it is still pretty sturdy but cannot stand on its own and would need a stand of some sort (I have the one I used linked below). This one shaves off a little filament and time from the print. You could also lean it against something.

Extra Thin - Up to half the thickness of the thin version, this one uses even less filament and time, and is also good for hanging on the wall or somewhere with double sided tape or command strips, etc.

Magnet -  an embedded magnet version of the sign is in the magnet profile. This just has five 10x3mm magnet slots in the model which will automatically pause when it is time to insert them for easy resuming (you can probably just use four and be fine, but I added a 5th for extra sturdiness) just delete the middle one in objects if you are conserving magnets. If you want to use different size magnets you can always adjust the magnet dimensions under objects<generic cylinder, just make sure you adjust the pause and placement if changing the magnet height from 3mm.

If you are interested in a stand that can be used for both the thin and free standing versions (as seen used in my other signs) there is a great one here (this one may need two stands since it has legs):  Made by maker Kopp3D (I usually use the medium version): https://makerworld.com/en/models/479988-simple-display-stand-parametric-fully-customizable#profileId-405824
