This is a custom-designed belt clip/holster specifically for the Ledlenser T7 (and other flashlights with a 30mm body diameter). It features a secure friction-fit design that allows for quick access while keeping the light snugly in place during movement.

Description

Keep your Ledlenser T7 (or any tactical flashlight with a 30mm tube) right where you need it. This holder is designed to be low-profile yet robust, featuring a belt holder that slides easily into utility belts with 35mm width.

The holder utilizes a semi-open "C-clamp" geometry that provides enough tension to prevent the light from falling out, while still allowing you to pull the light free with one hand.

Print Settings

I recommend the following settings:

• Material: PETG is highly recommended for its flexibility and UV resistance. (PLA may be too brittle over time).
• Walls/Perimeters: 3–4 layers (for structural strength).
• Infill: 25% or higher (Gyroid recommended).
• Orientation: Print on its side for maximum clip strength (to avoid layer lines becoming snap points).
• Supports: Minimal supports may be needed depending on your orientation, specifically for the clip overhang.
