Description
Designed for the Glock 19 Gen 6, this magwell was intentionally modeled with an extremely tight fit to minimize movement and create a solid lockup once installed. The goal was to create something that feels planted and secure once fully seated on the frame, not loose or sloppy.
Because of the tight tolerances, installation order is important.
Start by installing the rear of the magwell first, then work the front into place. You will likely need to apply firm pressure to fully seat the front section during installation. This is normal and expected with this design. If your printer is slightly over-extruding or your material shrinks differently, some very minor fitment adjustment may be required.
This magwell is compatible with factory Glock magazines and was designed to maintain reliable magazine insertion while still giving you a more aggressive funnel shape for reloads.
Recommended hardware:
- Screw: (1) 8-32 x 7/16" Button Head Screw
- Tool: 3/32" Hex Drive Bit
Recommended print settings:
- Layer Height: Extra Fine
- Infill: 100%
- Supports: Recommended in critical areas
The pictured model was printed extra fine at 100% infill for maximum strength and cleaner detail. Strongly recommend taking your time with print orientation and supports if you want the cleanest final result.
Thanks for checking out this design from P.O. Precision / Party On Precision. I enjoy designing parts that feel functional, intentional, and OEM-inspired while still being practical to print at home. More projects and Glock-related designs are on the way. Check bio for future projects.
