8x 6S LiPo Storage & Transport Case

Overview

I have developed a compact case in which up to 8x 6S LiPos can be safely stored or transported.
The design was specifically developed for my CNHL Black Series V2 1300mAh 130C 6S LiPos

The case is ideal for FPV pilots who want to transport their batteries neatly organized

Features

  • Space for up to 8x 6S LiPos
  • Compact and stable design
  • Individual battery compartments for better hold
  • Ideal for transport and storage
  • Tidy cable organization
  • Modular screw system

Compartment Size

The individual compartments have the following internal dimensions:

  • 37 mm x 51 mm
  • Maximum recommended LiPo height without cables: 80 mm

Please check before printing if your LiPos are compatible with these dimensions

Compatibility

The case was developed for:

  • CNHL Black Series V2
  • 1300mAh
  • 130C
  • 6S LiPos

Other batteries might also fit, but this depends on their exact external dimensions

Scaling

The model could theoretically be scaled.
However, please note:

  • If scaled, I can no longer guarantee that the specified screw holes will still fit precisely
  • The holes may need to be re-worked

Required Hardware

Additional screws are required for assembly:

Option 1

  • 8x M3x30 mm

Option 2

  • 16x M3x15 mm
  • Screwing from both sides

Important Note on Battery Orientation

The outer LiPos on the left and right sides should be inserted with the power cable facing inwards.
This prevents the cables from colliding with the lid

Print Recommendations

Recommended Materials

  • PETG
  • ABS/ASA
  • PLA+ (conditional)

Recommended Settings

  • 3–4 walls
  • 20–30% infill
  • Gyroid or Cubic infill

For maximum stability, I recommend PETG or ASA

Note

LiPo batteries should always be transported and stored with caution.
Please do not continue to use damaged batteries and never store LiPos unattended

This case offers no fire protection and is not fireproof.
Use is expressly at your own risk.
I assume no liability for damages resulting from improper use, storage, or defective LiPos

Happy Printing!

If you like the model, I would appreciate:

  • a like
  • a follow
  • pictures of your prints
  • feedback on the fit with other LiPos
