Description
This part provides an encapsulating brace for the pivot hinge for the Sony WH-1000XM5 noise canceling headphones. The brace is tight enough around the bottom part to keep the joint together while remaining loose enough around the pivot to allow the ear cuff to continue to rotate.
The pieces should be oriented in such a way that no supports are required. Should print fine with 0.2mm layer height. I'd recommend using 3-4 wall loops.
Assembly requires 4x M2x8 self tapping flathead/countersunk screws (src A, src B, src C). I'd recommend installing this on the non-broken side as well to reduce the likelihood that it breaks in the future.
