Air Blade - flat car drying nozzle | GISAM 400m/s

Description
Flat car drying nozzle – same mount, better manners
Meet the Air Blade for GISAM 400 m/s — a flat nozzle designed to politely but decisively remove water from your car.
Standard round nozzles tend to scare water into chaos: droplets fly everywhere, split up, and return later as streaks.
This Air Blade forms a wide, thin, laminar airflow that calmly pushes water off the surface in one clean, controlled sweep.
The design is optimized for the high air velocity of the GISAM blower, maximizing drying efficiency while minimizing turbulence and splashing.
The nozzle works effectively on any clean automotive paint surface, regardless of protection.
However, cars protected with ceramic coatings, sealants, or other hydrophobic layers will dry even faster, as the reduced surface friction allows water to break away more easily from the paint.
Mounting is solved in the exact same way as the original GISAM nozzle, so installation is quick and familiar — no adapters, no tools, no engineering degree required.
Based on inlet geometry and real-world compatibility, this nozzle should also fit OneVan blowers available on AliExpress.

🛠️Before You Start Printing
Before printing, give the bed a quick clean 🧽 — good adhesion = better first layer and accurate geometry.
Use dry filament (wet filament loves to pop, string, and ruin dimensions).
When using my MakerWorld profiles, make sure the selected material matches what you’re actually printing. Different materials shrink and behave differently — the wrong profile can mean wrong dimensions.
Also, my STL files are designed and dimensioned for PLA. If you print them in PETG, you may need to slightly rescale the model to compensate for different shrinkage.
Clean bed. Dry filament. Correct material. Done 😄
