Dispenser for NFC stickers supplied on a roll These are usually folded and inconvenient to handle

With this dispenser, you can easily solve this problem Wind the roll onto the tube, place it in the housing, assemble, and you're done

Recommended print settings:

pla

0.4 nozzle

0.20mm layer (best size for the two halves to snap together)

3 wall lines

9% gyroid infill

Assembly:

Before the first assembly, you should place the two halves offset from each other, then gently rotate them back and forth with light pressure until both halves are fully connected It will snap into place at the end (if you don't do this, it will be very difficult to separate them after the first time) This is necessary to ensure accuracy with different printing tolerances (the photo/gif shows how)

Then pull them apart again

One end of the roll can be inserted into the tube to make it easier to wind The NFC stickers should face inwards

Then insert the tube with the wound roll into the housing so that you can pull the other end straight out of the designated opening

Then put on the 2nd half until it snaps into place

Now feed the roll through the tab at the top of the housing

Done

When you now pull on the roll, the NFC stickers will detach, and you can easily grab them

I only created and shared this model because I couldn't find one I liked
