Voyager Lamp
The Voyager Lamp is a modern 3D-printed table lamp designed for the Bambu Lab LEDKIT MH001. Its rounded upper body, clean pedestal base and flowing side openings create a calm but striking visual presence, especially when the internal light comes through the curved pattern.
The design combines a soft, warm glow with a bold sculptural shape. The outer shell keeps the appearance elegant and understated, while the illuminated openings create depth, rhythm and a beautiful lighting effect around the lamp. On a desk, shelf or sideboard, Voyager adds atmosphere without screaming for attention. Refreshing, really.
Important printing note:
If you print this model with my prepared print profile, make sure to use support material or a suitable interface material.
When printing with PLA, PETG should be used as a support interface material. Otherwise, the support structures may bond too strongly to the lampshade and the slots will be very difficult or impossible to remove cleanly.
If you do not want to use this setup, please do not use my print profile and configure the slots separately in your slicer. However, due to the large rounded shape of the lampshade, the final result will most likely not be as clean or visually pleasing. Tiny detail, massive consequences. As usual, 3D printing likes drama.
The lamp is designed as a decorative lighting object and works especially well with dark filament for the outer structure and a warm LED tone inside. For the best results, feel free to use my prepared print profiles.
