The Type 927 is the latest generation of nuclear submarine integrated rescue vessel of the Chinese Navy, a 'mobile ICU'-class large surface support platform specifically designed to provide deep-sea rescue and support for offshore nuclear submarine fleets.
The vessel is 158 meters long, 23 meters wide, with a full displacement of approximately 13,800 tons.
It possesses global reach capabilities, equipped with a new generation of deep-submergence rescue vehicles, saturation diving systems, unmanned submersibles, and precise sonar positioning systems, capable of performing full-chain missions such as locating distressed submarines, deep-sea rescue, personnel transfer, equipment repair, and nuclear radiation monitoring.
Currently, three vessels are in service: Jingpo Lake (hull number 830), West Lake (hull number 841), and South Lake (hull number 831).
The model scale is 1:2000, 79mm long. The bottom can accommodate 4X2 magnets for magnetic connection with the hull. It can also be connected using printed 4x4 small cylindrical pins.
