Pickleball Pick-up Tube - Free 3D Print Model

Description

A fully compliant mechanism, pickleball pick up tube. super handy for serving practice, and drilling when you have a lot of balls to pick up. Saves your back. Just push down over a ball to pick it up, and then dump into your serving bucket when the tube is full. I designed it for an interference fit to the acrylic tube. The fit can require a little cleanup, light sanding, or heating to connect, but should connect without the need for an adhesive. I used a tube with the following dimensions. 18" Clear Plastic Rigid Pipe 76mm ID x 80mm OD (3" ID x 3.125" OD), and found it worked well. Printed with Bambu PLA Tough+, 5 walls worked well. I get the best prints with tree support, and printed so one ball pickup tab is pointed directly up away from the build plate.
