Print with model rotated 45 degrees, with tree supports. Tree Supports remove easily, and ensure the top lip is correctly formed. Tested on my X2D with chamber cooling fans blowing from both sides.

0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill

Here is a simple TPU case I designed for a 5th Gen Thin (30GB) and Thick (60/80gb) iPod Classic. Best printed from TPU using the orientation and supports in my 3MF file. Supports remove very easily.
