Description
Thermal insulator plate designed for Pitbike/Fiddy engines (110cc, 125cc, 140cc). This spacer acts as a critical thermal barrier between the cylinder intake manifold and the carburetor, preventing heat soak and fuel vaporization issues.
Standard 48mm bolt-to-bolt spacing with a 25mm internal bore, compatible with Mikuni VM22, Molkt, and PZ series carburetors.
Designed to be used with O-rings to prevent vacuum leaks and erratic idling.
Fits most Chinese 4-stroke horizontal engines (Lifan, YX, Zongshen, Orion).
