You've probably downloaded the stl file. It seems that this file doesn't contain the text, when you download the 3mf file, you will see the text (al least that is my experience). Would be great to have the text in some sort of 3d so when you don't have a multi color printer, the text also shows. Unfortunately I'm not able to do that. Printing the stl right now, my daughter cannot wait until it is finished, thanks for the model !!

I have checked the file. You really need to download the STL file. You need to download the 3MF, then everything will be displayed correctly.

Other Issues:Unfortunately, with my A1 Combo, it always completely hung up during color changes. Very sad. My first print that didn't work at all

Support Issue:the letters are not printed beautifully unfortunately

Other Issues:had to break off multiple times because despite indicating 2 colors, it still changed colors with other colors via the app. ended up slicing it myself. with 2 colors (text in a different color) it took a whopping 6 hours! just did everything in 1 color. saved 3 hours..
