Description
Practical and robust spacer for perfect deck construction! This tool ensures an exact and uniform joint width of 7 mm between the decking boards.
Especially when laying wooden or WPC decks, the correct and uniform spacing is important to allow the wood to expand and contract and to prevent waterlogging.

- Robust middle section to prevent the pin from breaking off.
Print Settings
Since this tool may be subjected to mechanical stress on the construction site or exposed to the sun, PETG is the ideal material choice.
- Material: PETG
- Layer Height: 0.20 mm (Standard)
- Wall Loops: 4 to 5 – Very important! More wall loops make the 7mm pin solid.
- Infill: 25% - 30% (Gyroid or Cubic for optimal stability in all directions).
- Supports: no supports. The model is simply placed flat on its back.
- Brim: Not strictly necessary, but can help with adhesion problems.
