This custom-engineered bracket solves the problem by moving the mounting point to the right side of the center console, ensuring full visibility of your dashboard while keeping your device within reach. The mount integrates seamlessly with the car's interior geometry.

The secret to its stability lies in its arched bridge design. By connecting two mounting points with a specific tension curve, the bracket "springs" into place, eliminating vibrations and ensuring a tight, flush fit against the trim.  For installation, you will need two 4.5mm screws (coarse thread/plastic-piercing type) that are roughly 15-20mm longer than the factory originals to account for the thickness of the bracket.

Printing Recommendations:

• Material: ASA or ABS is strictly required. Car interiors can exceed 70°C in summer, and PLA will deform.

Trovare la posizione ideale per lo smartphone su una Volvo V40 (serie 2, dal 2013 in poi) è spesso frustrante. La plancia "floating console" è bellissima ma ricca di tasti che vengono puntualmente coperti dai supporti universali. Questa soluzione sposta l'aggancio sul lato destro della plancia, lasciando liberi i comandi e offrendo una visuale pulita.

L'ingegneria del pezzo sfrutta un profilo ad arco tra i due fori di fissaggio: questa curvatura permette al supporto di flettersi leggermente durante il montaggio, annullando ogni gioco meccanico e adattandosi perfettamente alle plastiche dell'auto. Il fissaggio avviene nella parte posteriore della plancia utilizzando viti da 4,5mm. 

Attenzione: servono viti con passo da plastica (non bulloni) lunghe circa 1,5-2 cm in più rispetto alle originali.

Il sistema è disponibili con varie dimensioni di sfera universale. Sono disponibili i diametri da 13mm, 15mm, 17mm e 25,4mm (1 pollice), quest'ultima perfetta per la compatibilità con sistemi QuadLock o bracci RAM Mount.

Consigli per la Stampa:

• Materiale: Usare esclusivamente ASA (o materiali superiori). In estate, specialmente in zone calde come la Puglia, le temperature nell'abitacolo distruggerebbero il PLA o il PETG in pochi giorni.
• Resistenza: Almeno 4 perimetri per garantire che la sfera non si spezzi con le vibrazioni.
