Kutná Hora: The City of Silver Insert Organizer
Print Profile(1)

Bill of Materials
Description
After playing Kutná Hora a couple of times, I decided it deserved a proper insert. Partly because I genuinely love this game and think it earns one, partly to speed up the setup (especially sorting the St. Barbara tiles), and partly because storing those market stands loose in the box was giving me anxiety.

If you enjoy my designs, consider throwing a Boost my way! Thank you!
My main goals were: vertical storage support, a ready to play tray for the St. Barbara tiles, neatly organised building tiles, and proper protection for the market stands with enough space to store them without disassembly.
Features:
- No lid lift
- Supports vertical storage
- Lids snap to the bottom of their trays during gameplay to reduce table clutter
- Space for the spare punchout sheet, or alternatively a small box for spare tokens
- Market stands fit fully assembled
- Sleeved card support
- Lids are decorated with the Prague Groschen design (crown side for player boxes, lion side for component boxes)
Print Instructions:
The print profile includes four print plates with four lid variants. Two feature the Prague Groschen minted under Wenceslas II (the same coin depicted on the game box), and two feature the Groschen minted under Charles IV, another iconic ruler of 14th-century Bohemia and a key figure in the history of Kutná Hora.
Of each pair, one plate shows only the crown side, the other includes the reverse on the back of the lid.
Pick whichever design you prefer and move each lid onto a separate plate before printing.
Storage Instructions:
The market stand area of the insert stores the spare punchout sheet underneath, along with the prospecting board (mine tiles board) and the round tracker boards.
For the boxes, stack from the bottom up as follows: the St. Barbara tray goes in first, the card tray and two player boxes snap on top of it, locking everything in place for vertical storage and transport. The buildings tray snaps on top of the card tray, player boards go on top of the buildings tray and finally the remaining game boards and rulebook sit flush on top, level with the box rim.
