Description

This is a remix of jack3d's H2 series Dual AMS Flipper remix, I cleaned the model up a bit, added a cantilever to the arms for added support, and spaced the brackets on the center to allow for an AMS 1 & AMS 2 Pro to be installed (40mm). I also added brackets for the MIM case for the TPU Assist module, as well as a bracket for the AMS 2 Pro power adapter (I have a slightly larger non official one so the size might be different).

Please note the files are individual STL's, so to get all the parts choose Download CAD/STL and select what you want/need - There are two center Bracket options, the one pictured (AMS 1 & AMS Pro 2), and an additional one for 2 AMS 2 Pro's, that also has two power brackets with the TPU bracket.

I also added the missing parts (the AMS Brackets and pins (from Many_Layers), and included the one I modified (extended AMS 1 brackets) that allows for the EIBOS TETRAS or DYAS units to be used/flipped. Please note on the EIBOS unit I used a IEC 320 C8 to C7 Power Adapter with a 90 deg bend to allow for the AMS to fully flip with the EIBOS unit.

I used the following from amazon "https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CSW35Z2W?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1”, although 1 review said it didn't work for them, it worked fine for me.

Please also note I swapped the AMS 1 and AMS 2 after I added the TPU Assist and Power brackets to the center piece, to be on their corresponding sides.

As far as the bolting some of the screws that come with the Printer that are removed can be used, but if you are looking for direct replacements or what would be needed they are as follows (please note ST means standard thread, BT is self tapping threads):

AMS Feet to Arms/Bracket: ST M3x(35 or 40) (4ea)

Center Bracket to printer: ST M3x12 (2ea)

                                               BT M3x12 (2ea)

Arms to printer: ST M3x30 (4ea)

Also one final point, it's not allowing me to change the license, but feel free to modify however you like.

Looks like this is what I’m looking for - the model only has the center bracket, none of the others? Appears to be missing a couple plates.

okay, yeah it was my second time posting, so I just did the files that way so people could use their own filaments and presets. I printed in ABS, but uploaded it sliced as PLA for the masses. If you want a 3mf with my settings just let me know and I can re-upload tonight

The timing of you uploading this is impeccable. I have been looking for a solution and with my 2nd AMS coming in soon, I can be ready for it. Thank you for creating and sharing this. Will post when I have the final result ready.

As mentioned earlier in the comments, all the files are STL's, so you will want to select download CAD/STL files to find them all.

I recreated your center piece but without the extra bits (TPU assist and power bank) and they are all printing now. I grabbed all the STLs. What hardware are you using to connect everything?
