Dayton trashcan hubcap 1hr print V2 wider rim

Made this v2 of my original dayton rim hubcap. I deleted the third outer later since its already black like the wheel. I found it unnecessary to print the extra part and to just widen the rim a bit. I like this version better. See pictures of the blue bin (v2) vs the black bin (v1)
