Top Spool Mount for AMS Flipper (Sanja 3D)
Print Profile(4)

Description
I'm a huge fan of the AMS Flipper by Sanja 3D and wanted a way to mount a spool on top of the printer without removing all the accessories that I have mounted to the flipper. I also didn't want to tilt my AMS back or completely remove the glass to use it.
There are some good solutions on MakerWorld, but most were either overly complicated, filament & time intensive, or they were flimsy and I didn't trust them to hold a full spool of TPU while the printer is moving all about. And none of them met all the criteria mentioned above.
This slides into the track for the glass in the sides of the riser instead of clamping over the riser, so you can leave everything attached to the side in place. Just slide the glass back under the AMS, slide in the mount, and your good to go. No need to tilt the AMS back either, so you can print from it simultaneously.
It prints in about half the time, and with about half the filament as some of the more complicated designs, and has no issues holding a heavy spool of TPU.
The vertical support brackets are intended to be removable from the base so the assembly can fit in a drawer.
It works best if you feed from the bottom of the spool.
