Dummy 13 Experimental Series | Wasp Flight Chest Unit

Overview 

The Wasp Flight Chest Unit is an experimental flight module derived from the Venom Wasp Armor system.
By extracting and redesigning the wing structure, this unit focuses on creating a lightweight aerial support solution for Dummy 13.

This design represents an early-stage prototype exploring flight capability through minimal armor integration, prioritizing mobility and modular adaptability.

Features 

• Experimental Flight Module – A prototype system designed to test lightweight flight capability.
• Detached Wing Integration – Wasp wings are separated and mounted onto a compact chest unit.
• Lightweight Structure – Minimal armor design reduces weight while maintaining functionality.
• Back-Mounted Wing System – Wings are positioned behind the chest unit to simulate aerial propulsion.
• Modular Expansion Concept – Designed as a foundation for future flight-based equipment.

Printing Notes 

This model is strongly recommended to be printed with PETG.
Due to the thin wing structures and lightweight connections, flexibility is essential. PLA may be too brittle and could break during assembly or use.

PETG provides better durability, flexibility, and structural stability, especially for thin and extended parts like wings.
