Jerry Can Keychain Container

Boost Me (for free)

This Jerrycan keychain container is designed for easy 3D printing.

It consists of two parts: the main fuel container with an internal storage compartment, and a sliding lid that locks securely in place.

The print is fast and easy and requires no supports.

It is available in two premade sizes.

printed without any problems but the results are not as expected

love this print, as usual, but the bottom cover is REALLY hard to slide out once you put it on. any way you could adjust it? i filed things down really carefully, but since i’m gonna wanna give these to friends to keep meds on their keychains (and some of us including myself have some motor skill issues), i just thought i’d let you know. otherwise, perfect print, and really cute and fun

Thanks for the feedback :) I think the key to sliding the lid easily is placing your finger on the lines rather than on the circular part. In my print tests, it worked quite smoothly. If you keep having issues, let me know and i’ll try to add an easy-slide lid option soon.

I had to open mine with a bit of leverage and a tweezer the first time, but after I open and closed it about 3 times it now runs smoothly, so I guess it just needs a bit of wearing down. Such a cool model! Holds all the fuel I can afford right now :P
