Calibration CUBE 2.0
The Calibration CUBE 2.0 was developed to combine several important print tests into a single compact model. Many classic calibration cubes only check dimensions, angles or general tolerances. This is why the idea arose to design a cube that offers significantly more testing options while still being quick and material-saving to print
The cube uses just over 6 grams of filament and is printed in approximately 30 minutes → perfect for quick printer checks or fine-tuning
With the Calibration CUBE 2.0, the following printer properties, among others, can be checked:
- Dimensional accuracy and precision
- Sharpness and accuracy of edges
- Print quality of embossed and debossed letters/numbers
- Circle accuracy and roundness
- Small details and fine structures
- Overhangs and edge transitions
- Line appearance and extrusion consistency
- Layer uniformity
- Ghosting/Ringing due to fine contours
- Surface quality and first layer representation
The different shapes and structures on all sides quickly provide a very good overall impression of the print quality
