Description
This is a re-enforced hose bib plate. This is for the outside faucet/spigot where it comes out of the wall. Some times its not flush to the hose and has a gap around the pipe coming out. This goes around the back side of the faucet/spigot so that it creates a seal between the house and the faucet/spigot making the installation look clean and closes gaps where critters could get inside.
