# Sprizzer Drip Tray (Half Moon) – with Honeycomb Insert

Custom-fit drip tray for the Sprizzer Aperitif Dispenser, which nestles under the tap at the front of the round base (Ø 280 mm) and safely catches drips. Features a removable honeycomb insert for a typical bar look and easy cleaning

- Perfectly fitted – internal cutout precisely follows the Sprizzer base (Ø 280 mm + 5 mm play)
- Honeycomb insert with approx 140 hexagonal cutouts (Honeycomb-style)
- Large drip space under the insert (6.5 mm high) – easily catches a whole splash
- Internal surrounding support edge – insert closes flush with the tray rim at the top
- Compact (149 × 250 × 15 mm) – fits on a 256×256 print bed
- Easy to clean – remove insert, rinse, done
- No supports needed – both parts print flat

## Print Recommendations

### Tray

- Material: PLA, PETG or PLA+ (food-safe for occasional drip contact)
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Infill: 15–20 % (Gyroid or Honeycomb pattern)
- Walls: 3–4 for good liquid tightness
- Top/Bottom: 5 Layers
- Supports: none required
- Print time: approx 4–5 hours

### Honeycomb Insert

- Material: PLA (rigid) or TPU (flexible, non-slip – recommended)
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Infill: 100 % (thin part)
- Supports: none required
- Print time: approx 1.5–2 hours

## Color Recommendation

Classic combination: Tray black, insert orange – perfectly matches the Aperol Spritz look

Alternatively:
- Tray white + insert red
- All black for a minimalist look

## Usage

Place the tray under the Sprizzer tap so that the cutout fits around the base

Hold a glass underneath, dispense, done – drops land controlled in the honeycomb insert and flow into the drip space

For cleaning:
1. Remove the insert upwards
2. Rinse the tray
3. Clean the insert with warm water
