Description
The C80 special open-top wagon for coal mines is a heavy-duty freight car specifically designed for coal transportation on China's Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway, with a load capacity of 80 tons, a tare weight of 19.9 tons, an axle load of 25 tons, and a vehicle length of 12000 mm, complying with the GB146.1-1983 railway clearance standard. This car adopts an all-stainless steel car body structure, equipped with rotary couplers and E-grade steel interlocking couplers. The car body consists of a bathtub-funnel discharge structure, aluminum alloy riveted sidewalls, and an all-steel welded underframe. The braking system includes a Type 120 control valve, 203mm×254mm spun-sealed brake cylinders, and ECP electro-pneumatic brake mounting seats. This model was designed and manufactured by CRRC Qiqihar Rolling Stock Co., Ltd., adopting a reliability design concept and drawbar device.
