Description

2U 10" Rack Shelf for Topton Intel N100 Mini PC

A shelf designed to mount a Topton Intel N100 mini PC inside a 2U 10-inch rack enclosure.

Compatibility

Designed specifically for the Topton Intel N100, but should fit any mini PC with similar dimensions. The cavity measures 51mm (H) × 139mm (W) × 126mm (D), accommodating the unit including its rubber feet (50mm H × 137mm W × 124mm D).

Note on versions

The pictures show v1. The current file is v2, which adds fillets for a cleaner look and better print quality.

Mounting

The mini PC simply slides into the shelf — no tools or additional hardware required.

Ventilation

Thermal management was a priority in the design. The bottom features a honeycomb pattern, the sides have openings for airflow, and the top is fully open to leave the passive cooling radiator completely unobstructed.

Print settings

Printed and tested with the following setup:

  • Printer: Bambu Lab P1S
  • Nozzle: 0.4mm
  • Profile: 0.20mm Standard
  • Filament: PETG
  • Infill: Gyroid (recommended)

Warping note

I had warping issues and ended up printing with the bed at 80°C and 2 raft layers. I wouldn't recommend this approach though, as the raft leaves a rough finish on the bottom surface. If your printer handles PETG well, skip the raft and use a standard smooth surface instead.
