IKEA NISSAFORS 20cm Wheels Upgrade

This model is a remix of the original project found on Printables. The original design was made for the 30 cm IKEA NISSAFORS cart, while this remix adapts the concept for the narrower 20 cm version featuring only two front wheels. The geometry has been modified to properly fit the smaller frame and to align the height of the front and rear feet, allowing the same upgrade approach used in the original model. The model is compatible with M10 x25 threaded caster wheels.

Printing Instructions

This model can be printed in two different configurations depending on your intended use.

• Option 1 — Standard print (with supports): If you do not plan to install M10 threaded caster wheels, the model can be printed normally using supports
• Option 2 — Embedded hardware print (without supports): If you want to install M10 x25 threaded caster wheels, the model should be printed without supports. In this configuration, add a print pause at the beginning of layer 136 in order to insert the nut/bolt into the dedicated cavity before the print resumes.

This allows the hardware to be embedded inside the part and preserves compatibility with M10 threaded caster wheels.
