SABRE Aim & Fire Pepper Gel Vehicle Mount

Keep your personal protection within reach and securely mounted with this low-profile holster designed specifically for the SABRE Aim and Fire Pepper Gel System. Perfect for mounting in vehicle footwells, center consoles, or under-dash panels.

Features & Design

• Built for Extreme Heat: Designed to be printed in ASA Carbon Fiber, ensuring the mount maintains its structural integrity and dimensional accuracy even in the blistering 110°F+ summers of Arizona and other desert climates. 
• Dual-Retention Mounting: Features a base specifically sized for a standard curved GoPro 3M adhesive pad - which also acts as loctite for the small screws.
• Mechanical Reinforcement: Includes four inset screw holes. For maximum security in a vehicle environment, it is highly recommended to use at least 2 small screws in addition to the adhesive - the tiny holes are negligable and can easily be filled if necessary later on.
• Perfect Fit: Specifically modeled for the slide in of SABRE Aim and Fire Pepper Gel with Trigger and Grip Deployment System.

Hardware Needed

• Adhesive: GoPro 3M Mounting Adhesive Pads
• Hardware: 2–4 small self-tapping or wood screws.
• The Device: SABRE Aim and Fire Pepper Gel

I recommend positioning this in your car and sliding the launcher in and out (before mounting) to find optimal location and check for obstructions to the slide out. It can also be pulled directly down with enough force. 

Safety Note: Please ensure your mounting location does not interfere with the deployment of vehicle airbags or the operation of the brake/gas pedals. Check your local laws regarding the carry of self-defense sprays in vehicles.

Recommended Print Settings

• Material: ASA or ASA-CF (Required for UV resistance and high-temp environments). If you're in a cooler climate PETG Carbon Fiber or PETG will work. I do not recommend PLA, it is not UV safe nor strong enough.
• Walls: 4+ for strength.
• Infill: 50% or higher (Gyroid recommended).

6/2/26 - Reorientated/redesigned the top mount for stronger print with no supports needed.

6/10/26 - Added a right mount version with an included Airtag slot - I designed it for installing on the center console just below your right knee -It's spaced out just far enough to fully grip the launcher without protruding too much. You can also mirror it for left mounting.

6/11/26 - Added a Low profile Right mount version. It is the most low profile way to mount the launcher, but you will not be able to fully grip it during unholstering.
