Description

This is a HTD-5M Pulley, designed to sit on a 10mm axle (I used a linear rod).
Pulley has 50t (teeth) and will support 15mm belts.
There is a mount on one side for a recessed flange coupling connector, and holes for 4x M3 heat inserts to connect it with. The ones I used (and modeled it on) are readily available on Amazon: Inner Diameter: 10mm/0.39 inch; Total Height: 13mm/0.51 inch; Cylinder Outer Diameter: 16mm/0.62 inch; Base Plate Diameter: 32mm/1.25 inch; Diagonal Screw Hole Distance: 24mm/0.94 inch; Base Plate Hole Diameter: 4mm/0.16 inch; Material: Iron Plating;

I made this (and way too many other parts) for a huge home robot project I am working on, inspired by Short Circuit's “Johnny Five”.

Have no idea if this will be useful to anyone else, but figured as it's all standard sizes it might be worth sharing. Hopefully someone finds a use for it.
