A European standard aluminum extrusion alternative solution designed specifically for 3D printing, perfectly compatible with common industrial standard sizes, supporting free length adjustment, and easily building modular structures such as frames, racks, and display stands!

📌 Note: Here, "height" refers to the default length of the model along the Z-axis (i.e., the length of the profile segment); it can be extended arbitrarily in actual use
🔧 Adjust Length Freely — No Need to Remodel!
All models support flexible height adjustment in Bambu Studio using the "Z-axis independent scaling" function, allowing for "one model, multiple uses":
How to operate?
- Press hotkey S or click the [Scale] button in the top toolbar
- Uncheck ☑️ "Uniform scaling"
- Set the desired ratio in the Z-axis input box (e.g., 200% = 100mm height)
- Click Confirm to complete the adjustment
💡 Example: Scale the default 50mm height to 200% to get a 100mm long profile segment
📌 Tip: The X/Y axes remain unchanged to ensure the cross-section perfectly matches the actual aluminum extrusion size

🖨️ Printing Suggestions
- Recommended filaments:
- PETG: High strength, impact resistant, suitable for load-bearing structures
- ABS: Good heat resistance, suitable for high-temperature environments
- PLA: Easy to print, suitable for prototype verification
- Layer: 0.2 mm
- Walls: ≥5 (for enhanced edge strength)
- Infill density: 40%~80% (adjust according to load requirements)
- Supports: ❌ No supports needed — Model optimized for direct flat printing
