Description

A friend of mine showed me a reel of a similar deck box and I loved it, but I thought I could do better. So I gave it a shot. This is a 100 card single sleeved plus tokens commander deck box.

For a little bit of fun customization, you can rotate the books when assembling. I decided not to glue the books together so I can change them around if I want to. The box works just fine that way and the lid is very secure so you don't have to worry about it coming apart when you don't want it to.

Fair warning, for a single nozzle printer, this model requires a fair amount of filament changes. There are also a lot of quick retractions, so there is a posibility this could cause a jam. You will want to dry your filament before hand, especially if you use silk PLA for the pages and the cover details like I did.

I never know how big a box needs to be to accomodate 100 double sleeved cards. If you know and want this to hold that many, let me know how big it needs to be and I think it can be done very easily.

I did make an A1 mini profile, but I wasn't able to test it since I don't have an A1 mini…

This is probably one of my favorite models I have done yet, although I am probably biased since I am a huge LOTR/Hobbit fan (yes, I even loved the Hobbit movies…). I couldn't resist making this for the upcoming Hobbit set! This did take a fair amount of time to model due to all the cover details and wanting to make sure everything could be printed with a .4mm nozzle. If you like the model, please consider giving me a boost. I really appreciate it, and I hope you enjoy the box. Happy gaming!
