Description
This is a remix of the Print in Place cup carrier.
The original model is not designed for 0.5l cups, and after a scaled-up test print, I realized that the weight of the large cups is also critical for the original version.
I have therefore modified the model.
This version consists of individual parts!! not Print in Place !!!.
Four arms, a modified carrying strap, and a newly designed central bolt.
The central bolt has a collar at the bottom where the arms rest and a transverse hole of 5mm diameter at the top.
The carrying strap has a blind hole on the first web and a through-hole on the other web.
Before assembly, an M4 heat-set insert nut must be placed into the blind hole.
Then the carrying strap can be assembled with a 60mm long M4 screw.
The principle of the basic model is retained and the beer carrier is foldable, but due to the bolt with a support collar and the robust screw, it is better suited for higher weight.
I printed the model in PETG with a 0.4 nozzle, 0.2mm layer, and 30% infill and will subject it to a long-term test at Rock im Park this year.
