🏍️ Brake Fluid Reservoir Compatible with Beringer Axial Classic

This design was created as an alternative to the original reservoir used in the Beringer Axial Classic brake master cylinder, as the reservoir is not usually sold separately as a spare part

The goal of this project has been to offer a practical solution for replacing damaged or deteriorated reservoirs, maintaining compatibility with original components

Features

✅ Includes reservoir and cap
✅ Compatible with the original aluminum cap
✅ The printed reservoir can use the original cap
✅ The printed cap is also compatible with the original reservoir
✅ Optimized design for 3D printing

Tests performed

The prototypes shown have been 3D printed in PLA Winkle HD and various compatibility and resistance tests have been carried out

Among these, several reservoirs remained submerged for weeks in brake fluid to observe possible deformations or material degradation. In the tested units, no visible changes in geometry, surface finish, or part integrity were observed

Print settings

The included 3MF file is prepared for printing in PLA using a PETG support interface

The interface is located at the bottom of the reservoir, the least visible area once installed, to achieve the best possible finish on the most important surfaces

Important information

⚠️ This design is a 3D printing project developed for repair, experimentation, and use under the user's responsibility

⚠️ Brake systems are critical safety components. Each user must verify the suitability of the part for their specific application and perform appropriate checks before use

Ideal for

🔧 Restoration and maintenance
🏍️ Replacement of deteriorated reservoirs
🖨️ 3D printing enthusiasts applied to motorcycling
⚙️ Customization and repair projects

I hope this design can be useful to other users who encounter the same problem as I did. If you print it, don't forget to share your Make and your experience!
