This parametric project allows you to instantly generate flat washers according to DIN 125 / ISO 7089 (Form A, without chamfer) and conical (spring / Belleville) washers in any size. Just set the inner diameter, outer diameter, and thickness — and the 3D model is ready for printing or assembly.

The project covers the full metric thread range from M1 to M90 (including inch sizes), with accurate data from the official DIN 125 table.

  • Fully parametric: instantly change d1 (inner diameter), d2 (outer diameter), and s (thickness).
  • Two geometry types:
    • Flat Washer — classic flat washer (DIN 125 A)
    • Conical Washer — conical / Belleville-type washer (cone angle adjustable)

*Conical washers are designed on the Belleville spring principle (DIN 6796 / DIN 2093) — cone angle and height are adjustable.*
